Oxbridge Baby Limited ("Oxbridge Baby") is a company incorporated in England and Wales . The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Oxbridge Baby for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket. The terms do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. All orders are processed in UK Sterling (£).

Validity

By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Estimated Delivery Time

All items are usually dispatched within 1-2 days of the order being placed (within the UK ) and airmail for everywhere else. If Oxbridge Baby has insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered, Oxbridge Baby will ship the products as soon as they are available.

Acknowledgement of Order

When you place an order to purchase a product from Oxbridge Baby, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we receive payment for that order. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations as to why.

Payment

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Oxbridge Baby. Oxbridge Baby operates a 'no questions asked' returns policy in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations if you return your product within 7 working days of receiving delivery of your order ( as long as the product is returned in its original condition). Please ensure that DVD's and C.D's have unopened packaging and/or seals, unless the item is faulty. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us unless we deliver the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

You will be fully refunded, including 1 st class postage costs for the UK for a product which is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped or any circumstance that is in our error. The product must be received by our returns department and have been sent to us within 30 days of receipt, at the address shown below:

Oxbridge Baby will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. This returns Policy is separate and additional to your right to cancel

Customs

When ordering products from Oxbridge Baby for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Force majeure

Oxbridge Baby shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Oxbridge Baby uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure the highest security for credit card and personal details submitted to us over the Internet. Recent surveys have shown that there is less fraud on the Internet than in real life situations (such as using your credit card in a department store or at a restaurant), and we're confident that we are offering the secure service you can expect from Oxbridge Baby.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) to give you a refund, if you cancel your contract, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the products ordered by you in the relevant transaction.

Invalidity of Terms and Conditions

If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between you and Oxbridge Baby shall be governed by English Law and you and Oxbridge Baby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
